The MotoTec 48v 900 Watt Lithium Electric Powered Trike aka Personal Transporter is a three wheel electric scooter that you can ride while sitting or standing, this makes it very convenient for use at events, security and warehouse floor operations or for just plain fun! It’s like a three wheel Segway but at a fraction of the price! Powered by two Rear Wheel Hub Motors, 900 watts of total power with speeds up to 24 miles per hour. It can achieve a 15-25 mile range on a full charge with it’s light weight Lithium Battery Pack. It features a 16″ pneumatic front tire, two 12″ pneumatic rear tires, front suspension and removable seat with backrest. This personal transporter is easy-to-operate with a twist throttle and front hydraulic disc brake. Comes standard with key, LCD Screen, front & rear LED lights and carrying basket.

Returns:
We don’t accept returns but we will resolve all the issues with the product in case there is something wrong with the order
In case a customer is insisting on a return the shipping costs (both ways) are the buyer’s responsibility

Damaged or Defective Items:
Report damage within 10 days to receive free replacement parts
For LTL Freight, damage must be noted on delivery receipt or reported within 5 days.
If beyond repair, we may offer a return or replacement at our discretion.

2-8 business day delivery (tracking provided within 2 business day).
LTL shipments require semi-truck access; extra fees might apply for failed delivery attempts.
International buyers are responsible for customs/duties, payable directly to the carrier.
Product Guarantee:
Manufacturer warranties apply where available. PURE HELMET will pass this warranty on to the buyer.
Defective items must be returned for replacement (buyer covers return shipping)

Our goal is to get your item(s) to your door the fastest way possible. We will ship out most products the same day you place your order up to 3:00pm EST.
– PURE HELMET will ship all orders for free to the lower 48 States.
– Free shipping orders will ship via USPS
Delivery time for Orders within United States takes 2-5 Business Days. Most of the time you will receive your order within 2 Business Days from the day of your purchase.
We will gladly exchange/return your order within 14 days from the date your item was delivered.
All returns/exchanges must be pre-approved with a Return Authorization Number, (RA#) from a PURE HELMET Sales Associate. We will gladly exchange/return your order with an RA # within 14 days of purchase. Shipping charges will apply once we process your exchange. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee within 30 days of purchase! No restocking fee will be charged to any exchanged order! If merchandise is damaged, please contact us ASAP so we may initiate a USPS claim. You have 5 days to contact us from the receipt of the merchandise.
Please have all merchandise shipped in the original manufacturer's packaging and condition. Make sure that you put the merchandise box inside of the shipping box.
Once merchandise is received in its original condition, we will then process your request.
All out of stock merchandise will be placed on "Back Order" and shipped once it becomes available, unless otherwise instructed.
