We will gladly exchange/return your order with an RA # within 14 days of purchase. Shipping charges will apply once we process your exchange. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee within 30 days of purchase! No restocking fee will be charged to any exchanged order! If merchandise is damaged, please contact us ASAP so we may initiate a USPS claim. You have 5 days to contact us from the receipt of the merchandise.
