Delivery time for Orders within United States takes 2-5 Business Days. Most of the time you will receive your order within 2 Business Days from the day of your purchase.
International Orders:
PURE HELMET has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the “International Checkout” option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing.
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE. Tracking number will be provided for every order so you can track your package.

Please note that we ship our Masei Helmet products from our Warehouse in Hong Kong. We usually ship the products within 3-5 business days. Once shipped working tracking number will be provided for every order so you can track your package at any time.
Delivery time takes between 8-16 Business days for orders within United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and Germany. For orders within EU delivery time takes 8-30 Business days from the day of your purchase. Rest of the World? Delivery time might take 15-45 Business days. Please have in mind that SHIPPING TIMES AREN’T GUARANTEED and may have delays especially around holidays or severe weather.

We will gladly exchange/return your order within 14 days from the date your item was delivered.
All returns/exchanges must be pre-approved with a Return Authorization Number, (RA#) from a PURE HELMET Sales Associate. We will gladly exchange/return your order with an RA # within 14 days of purchase. Shipping charges will apply once we process your exchange. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee within 30 days of purchase! No restocking fee will be charged to any exchanged order! If merchandise is damaged, please contact us ASAP so we may initiate a USPS claim. You have 5 days to contact us from the receipt of the merchandise.
