We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you need to exchange or return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

Return Period: You can exchange/return your order within 30 days from the date your item was delivered. Please note that for certain products, returns may not be accepted. This will be clearly noted in the product description

Return Authorization: All returns/exchanges must be pre-approved with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from a PURE HELMET Sales Associate.

Exchanges/Returns: We will gladly exchange/return your order with an RA# within 30 days of purchase. 

Damaged Merchandise: If merchandise is damaged, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a USPS claim. You have 5 days from the receipt of the merchandise to report any damage.

Return Package Requirements: Please ensure that all merchandise is shipped in its original manufacturer’s packaging and condition. Include the merchandise box inside the shipping box and clearly mark the RA# on the outside of the box.
